Details
Very useful case histories from Denmark and USA that detail how to form and run co-housing developments. The authors visited developments, talked to residents in-depth and give plenty of detail about how they function.

It's not often I come across a book which I feel will make a major change in my life, but this book may do just that. It made me and my partner realise that cohousing is the way we want to live. This excellent book, lavishly illustrated, is mainly composed of case studies. The majority of these are from Denmark, where cohousing started, with a smaller number from North America. It inspired my partner and I to immediately join a cohousing group and start working towards making this way of life a reality in our own lives. Need I say more? (Posted on 08/07/2010)Review
