There are more than thirty recipes for bread in Warren Lee Cohen’s book – enough to tempt even a white bread addict like me to experiment with spelt or rye flour. Baking Bread With Children offers a multi-disciplinary approach which is due in no small part to the author’s enthusiasm for Steiner/Waldorf education principles. I can personally recommend the Cranberry Nut Muffins, the Cinnamon Rolls and the Corn Bread. (Posted on 02/07/2010)Review
