A freestanding stainless steel unit, consisting of two containers and a pair of purifying filter cartridges. Water filtered by it is stripped of bacteria, parasites, heavy metals, chemicals, organic and other matter. Makes most mains, rain, stream and well water safe and pleasant to drink. Add on Fluoride removal cartridges which fit below the sugerlite candles are available . The manufacturer will handle resupply of filters at 6 monthly intervals.

- Brilliant product undermined by faulty candles Review by vapidness

The product works really well, nice clean water, easy to assemble and use, with two candles water runs through reasonably quickly. However, the fist ceramic candle broke within about three weeks and the other one broke today after about four months of use. Currently investigating alternative candle types, as this is a really useful thing to have. (Posted on 07/08/2011)Review
