PAYMENT
Credit card, VISA/MASTERCARD and Maestro orders with expiry date and security number (plus issue no. – Maestro only) are accepted online via our secure ordering system.
POSTAGE & PACKING (Books)
U K: FREE when you order books online (minimum order £10), select UK in shipping charges.
U K: Orders below £10 will be charged £2.95 postage and packing, select UK in shipping charges.
Overseas: For overseas orders, please select your zone in shipping charges:
Europe: plus 20%, min charge £3.95.
North America: plus 20%, min charge £3.95.
Rest of World plus 35%, min charge £5.50.
POSTAGE & PACKING (Tools & Products)
U K : Prices quoted include p&p.
Highlands & Islands: May incur an extra charge on bulky and/or heavy items. Will be discussed with customer before despatch. Overseas: As a general rule products and tools are only for supply within the UK. However if you can't source our products locally, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order. Do not add products or tools to your book orders as the automatic shipping calculation will not be valid. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
SECURITY
Transactions made from this site are via an approved secure server. Secure hosting provided by Mal's e-commerce.
DELIVERY
Delivery is normally within 5-10 days of our receipt of your order (in the UK), but please allow up to 21 days. Further afield may take longer. Should you require delivery by a specific date, we will do our best but a few items may require extra time, so please be patient. Parcels under 2kg are usually despatched by Royal Mail. Parcels over 2kg will usually be delivered by DHL courier. In either case if you are not in to recieve the delivery the carrier will leave you a collection notice. If you do not respond to this the parcel will be returned to us and will incur a £5.00 charge to redispatch.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with any item it may be returned to us for a full refund. It must be returned within one month, in an unused/ saleable condition with any original packaging intact. All delivery costs must be born by the customer and authority to return the item must be obtained from us in advance. Used goods can not be returned. If you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us immediately.
SPECIAL PURCHASES
Buying items for a birthday present or special occasion? Write your message in the additional information box on the order form and we will pass it on with the order.
SUBSCRIBERS PRICES
Permaculture Magazine, Readers / Subscribers prices are not available online, please use the paper order form in the current issue of the catalogue or supplement in Permaculture Magazine.
MEMBERS BENEFITS
If you are a member of the Permaculture Association (Britain), simply quote your current membership number in the additional information box on the order form and we will deduct 5% from the total value of purchases when your credit card is processed. Not for use in conjunction with any other offer.
PRICE CORRECTIONS
Every effort is made to keep prices on this website correct, however errors, omissions and price increases do occur and you will be invoiced at the rate indicated by our stock control computer at time of purchase.
