- One of my favourite and much used garden tools. Review by Maddy Harland
- This is one of the tools I use all the time. It is very good at the beginning of the season for scooping compost into seed trays and pots to start off my annual crops because it holds a good volume of soil, making sowing seeds and potting up an easy process. It is also useful for planting potatoes. It has a little serrated edge that helps dig down into the soil. All in all, easier to use than a trowel - it does exactly as described, scoops up soil - and it's nicely designed and easy to work with. (Posted on 14/04/2010)
